Sony's Bio

Sony was born in Nebraska City, NE, lived in that area while growing up. Attended school there, and graduated from Nebraska City High School.  After high school Sony attended the University of Nebraska School of Technical Agriculture at Curtis, NE, and graduated with a degree in Commercial Horticulture.

 After leaving there Sony has worked a variety of different jobs.  Sony was saved at the age of 27, and at the age of 35 the Lord was working in her life, and lead her to Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA.  While there Sony received her Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Education/Counseling.  After graduation Sony moved to Whispering Cedars Baptist Camp to become a valuable part of the volunteer staff in 2000.  Before moving out to camp Sony volunteered many vacation weeks to help out as needed at camp.  Sony also works with Victory Baptist Church in Fullerton, NE helping out in several different areas of the church.

 Sony enjoys working here at the camp, and also at the church.  At the camp you can most likely find her doing a variety of jobs from mowing to taking pictures, etc…  In her spare time Sony enjoys working with her computer, taking digital pictures, riding ATV’s and spending time with her dog Duke.
